Overheating
A&A supercharged dewitts radiator. Out and about last night car hit 260 when I got home. I immediately turned car off. No coolant in oil. Topped off with water and wetter fans are running. Bled the sytem. Top hose won't get hot. Jumps to 220 really fast. Thermostat or waterpump? Either got to take the supercharger off. FML

Sounds like you have air in the system. take the top hose off the resoivour and blow in the nipple on the resivouir itself ( you can use an air compressor, just turn it down to 10 psi). the level of the coolant will go down as it forces all the air out the hose that is disconnected, eventually coolant will come out of that hose as well, when it does, it is good to go.
