Supporting mods for E-force = 600whp

I would recommend LS2 heads with a full CNC port job and dual valve springs, custom blower cam, hardened push-rods, Innovative West overdrive harmonic balancer, 80# Siemens Deka fuel Injectors, larger fuel pump or Boost-a-pump, our Stage II methanol/water injection system, smaller supercharger pulley, stock GM head gaskets, stock GM head bolts and a conservative dyno tune.
Clutch would probably need to be upgraded as well.
This would make more power than a ZR-1.
Has anyone with a 600whp e-force used the 10% od balancer or can I get away without it? that suckers like 600 bucks!!
I'm also considering having the blower ported, any thoughts on that?
