I hate to ask this question but I'm too lazy to look it up myself and since I haven't heard of anyone doing this I have to assume that answer is it won't fit and can't be made to fit.
Can a ZR1 supercharger system be put on a 7.0 liter? If not why?
Can a ZR1 supercharger system be put on a 7.0 liter? If not why?

I don't know what problems you would run into for sure but it would probably be more expensive than just buying a roots style Eaton 2300 blower like Edelbrock E force. The ZR1 uses more sensors than after market blowers and there might be connectivity issues to the ECU. Somebody more knowledgeable than me could answer that. The E force uses many of the ZR1 parts though.
