What I dont like is that the cooling fan seems to run alot more since the intercooler thoroughly blocks the air dam under the bumper.
Just as an FYI, those 2 complaints are tuning-related. The tuner likely chose to bump your idle speed up, though I don't think that's really required with a basic blower install. He also likely adjusted your cooling fan tables so the fan comes on earlier and runs a higher % at lower coolant temps, which is probably a good thing.

Both are easy changes to make if you aren't totally happy with them, though.

I did not think of it like that, I just dont want the fan to burn out too soon as it seems to run non stop and its not even really hot yet. I will have a discussion with tuner about these parameters. Thanks!

Been lurking around for weeks on this forum reading ECS has more low end torque vs. AA. and that you don't feel the SC until 4-5000 rpms etc. with the AA. My shoppe really likes AA as well.

Good luck with the install
I am in the same boat. I am looking at different shops in the triangle area. Who are you contemplating?

OK... tuner reset my fans to oem parameters at my request(thanks Streetk14!) and tweaked trans a bit, now car runs like silk again( was shifting a little harsh at times in Drive - not typical of the car)
To the guys asking about power, it is "normal" up to 2500rpm and then comes on strong. Rolling pulls are great as the ls3 revvs very quickly.
Midrange is markedly increased and WOT is really a blast!. If you are looking for tons of low end grunt the centri may not be the best thing because you have to build some revs to wake up the boost.
If you are racing it may matter to you however for street drivers when you floor it everything happens so fast you dont notice the 2500 rpm threshold...it comes and goes in an instant. Maybe I am a bad driver but it takes all my attention keeping the car between the white lines at wot, I dont even really look at the wideband o2 monitor, it can be a handful with the TCS feathering the throttle and the back end drifting all over.....but it is so much fun to me.

I am very pleased with the performance and that the fans are not screaming all the time. They advised me to leave the idle in drive rpm at 600 up from 525-550 stock due to the centri since it does add some parasitic drag on the engine accessory drive. It was 97 here in birmingham on Tuesday and my coolant temp was spot on at 199-202 with the AC so I am confident the cooling is being properly handled.
I would reccomend that you get proper crancase ventilation/catchcan/valve cover vent and such to keep crankcase pressure normal.
love it love it love it.

Hey, I had my headers installed by RPM Motorsports in Garner. They are GM LS engine specialists. I had the vette tuned and then got them to do my Kooks headers, retune and new Vossen wheels with Mich SS tires. So, I really like the owner and his team working there. They worked on my tune for hours and I was able to pick the owners knowledge for most of that time. They were very accommodating etc. with me as a power mod newbie. The shop is about 3 years old but they moved from a smaller location and his shop is growing which is good news to me. They are wholesalers for all major brand blowers but he definitely prefers A & A installs. I strongly suggested to Ryan the owner to become a CF vendor. Let me know if you go there love to see your impressions. Cheers!
