I currently want to add 2 10lbs of 150 shot wet nitrous from nitrous Dave. He's got me set up on a safe great kit that includes spark plugs. I wanted to know what upgrades should I address to optimize safety and performance on my currently stock LS3 manual C6. Thanks guys...
I want to build a custom fiberglass inclosure for my w7 which would place the woofer between the two bottles. Will the vibrations from the woofer have any negative impacts towards the nitrous. Which set up is better the puck from nitrous outlet or the spray bar from nitrous express?
Give NX a call and tell them billy sent u and they will hook you up. I also have a used setup in the for sale section that would be perfect for 150 shot.
The TB plate is what you need for a 150 shot. The NOS Mini Controller is a nice, inexpensive way to address the WOT switch, Window Switch, Delays and ramps all in one unit.
I guess the question I'm asking is; do I need to address the headers, x pipe, exhaust, intake, cam, heads or any other mods to run nitrous safely.
I'm looking to go this same route with my stock LS3 as you are, and from everything I've read, if you go with a 150 shot or less, everything with the engine/drivetrain should be OK.
Getting a proper nitrous tune is what everyone unanimously says is the most important item.
My plan is to start with a 75 shot jet, get used to it, fine tune the kinks, then work up to the 150 shot over time as I get comfortable with the bottle boost.
