The nice UPS man just delivered this.

This should take care of that heat soak problem in 90 degree temps.

I don't have it installed yet. It just came today. I'm probably just gonna go with a 50 to a 75 shot. Just a little to intercool the blower, but it should act like a 100 to a 150 shot under those conditions. It runs low 11's in the 1/4 and low 7's in the 1/8th in 55 degree weather. I'm just gonna give it enough to run those times in the heat. Once it cools off I probably won't even spray it.

How much do you think the nitrous is going to cool it off? I've used nitrous (75 shot) with an old style Maggie and didn't notice much difference in IAT's. The stupid big low end torque got even stupider though

That's what I'm counting on. It's only lazy on torque when it's hot. I'm just looking for a few tenths. Most of my runs are 1/8th mile because that track is close for me. I love the quarter, but don't get to run it much.

2 or 3 tenths is about what I got. 12.3 on the juice and 12.6 without. 6.0L in a 5K# truck. That was in pretty hot weather. When the weather cools down, our local track closes

I run 60 shot jets on mine and it made 75 on the dyno. May go a little bigger the next time I dyno. No 1/4 mile times but 215 in the standing mile. Adds lots of torque.
