I've got the 599hp kit with Kooks headers and their hi flo cats into the factory NPP. The sound is awesome! I get many compliments on it, especially at the drag strip and road course. They have been on the car for approximately 20,000 miles and have had 0 issues.
E-Force 549 kit with Kooks long tubes, high flow CATS, Corsa Sport exhaust. No issues or problems since the install 2.5 years ago. The 549 kit came with the 3.875" pulley which produced approximately 3lbs of boost at 6K feet so I dropped to the 3.5" pulley and now the 3.25" pulley with approximately 10lbs of boost.

Yes, I retuned with each pulley change. I retune almost every time I take the vette out as most outings end up at the track where I tune for the conditions (weather/DA/etc.)
What kind of additional RWHP are you guys seeing with the installation of the headers?
Seems like the better brands of headers are getting 30-40 RWHP with a tune on a stock car. Can I assume those numbers would hold at least hold true for a supercharged car?

When NA, I added BPP's CAI and the Kooks Long Tubes with high flow cats and Corsa Sport exhaust gaining approximately 30-40 RWHP. Can't say what RWHP impact the headers have had with the EForce as the exhaust was in place at the time the EForce was installed. I believe they help but cannot quantify the degree of improvement over OEM exhaust.
