What would be the average dyno numbers be for stock c6 with a super charger?

All depends on the type of supercharger and "stock" pulley size as well. There's a decent difference going from a P-1SC-1 and a YSi.
Generally I don't think any stock supercharger kit should expect anything under 500whp.

If you do a maggie or eforce and leave it bone stock besides that there are good odds it will only make ~490-500.

ECS is the way I would go. What exhaust did you get and your opinion now that you have driven with it? And is your car auto or six speed. I have an auto now with SC and love how it performs. But was considering a six speed C6 and SC it.
