Default E Force 1594 weak hp numbers

I recently installed the 600 hp e force kit on my 05. This Saturday I drove the car up to Brenspeed and had a dyno pull done to see the hp/tq to the wheels. 3 pulls 440hp/445tq WTF no matter what ,should it only do 440hp?The car has kooks long tubes w 3in catless x pipe and B&B BULLETS. I read guys seeing 500-540 rwhp with same set up. It does have the 3.5 pulley. Any suggestions. Could I put tune in for 1593 by chance ??? Would running car on dyno w/o traction control off affect the numbers? Anything.

Shouldn't the dyno operator know to do that?

If I were to SC a C6, I would go with a centi mount such as Vortech or Procharger - those generate more power than a top mount roots type. For example - my 2003 C5 A4 Coupe (LS-1 rated 350HP (crank) Dyno'd 304 RWHP w/just Borla catback. Added Procharger, LG lt headers and it Dyno'd 474 RWHP. The boost was set to the Procharger recommended 7lbs.

Whelp, good information. I slapped the E-Force on my LS2 and have near 550 at the rear wheels. He has a problem. The E-Force unit is a proven unit and works. His tuner needs to find the issue whether engine, tune or faulty SC unit and correct it. A normal LS2, a normal E-Force, and a proper tune will produce the HP. Putting a different FI into the car may just sit there like a big dud if there is an engine problem, improper installation, or tune issue.

He posted elsewhere that he is running the supplied Edelbrock tune which is for an otherwise 100% stock car on a car with headers and cats deleted. That would be a no-no
