DashLogic is a small device that plugs to your OBD-II port and puts custom data on your DIC and HUD, we can put all of the important data from the PCM onto your HUD and/or DIC. We give you 8 pages to cycle through and you can put as many PIDs on each page as the display characters will allow. It is one thing to see the data, but when you are full throttle in your 700whp+ boosted Corvette, you are not watching anything but your life flash before your eyes lol. Since you should be watching the road, we designed DashLogic with a sophisticated alert system to get your attention when something goes wrong, in addition to displaying your gauge data. These are not basic alarms, you can take into account as many PIDs and conditions as you would like. For example you could say (Load over 60% -AND- AFR over 12.1 -AND- Boost over 4psi) in that, every single one of those conditions needs to be met to hit an alert notification (we can get AFR from your aftermarket Wideband or get data from a larger number of aftermarket sensors). You can set up several alerts per profile as well as different alerts for each profile that can be switched on the fly, so you could have alerts for pump gas, then switch to other alerts for race gas. Or you could have one set of alerts and PIDs for N/A, then flip the switch for different alerts and PID layouts for the N2O. DashLogic is very powerful and can do so much more than what I have briefly mentioned here.
Here is a knock notification on a C6 that needs a tune after a cold air install. This is set to put text as well as chime when knock is over 1.0*. The amount of chime can be changed also, it can make a single chime or not stop chiming until the you are out of danger, fully customized by you.
How heavy is it? I've got a very small bluetooth OBDII adapter that I use for the Torque app on my Android phone. My tuner saw that and meantioned that hanging something too heavy off the OBDII port could wear out the connections in the plug.
Not heavy at all. I've been using one for almost a year now without issues. Worst case get a little extension cord and zip tie it up for people who are concerned with weight/length.
Jon, swing by and come borrow mine for a few days. You can play with it, and then order one if you like it. Takes 2.8 seconds to reach under the dash and unplug it. I took it to lunch yesterday and let all the other c6 people plug it in and try out.

It is pretty lightweight. It also has a quality metal clip to hold itself on. It is a higher quality enclosure than most of the ELM OBD-II adapters that you find on Amazon or Ebay.

Could the weight of it cause valve bounce? I heard that obd2 plug ins could effect ls7 valve train geometry. Good to see it is that light to prevent that.

All of the features work the same, even if you don't have a HUD. You are limited to only displaying on the DIC, but a HUD is not required.
I know. I like the HUD idea for being able to pay attention when I'm doing 3-4-5 pulls down in Mexico. You are right on the money in that I don't really watch my gauges doing a pull. A quick glance at the beginning and that's it. One of the reasons I bought the AEM failsafe wideband/boost gauge is that if it goes lean it flashes red to alert me and I let out of it. I haven't hooked a piezo speaker to it yet and I won't have to if I get your Dash Logic.
OK, am I reading this wrong, or can you 1) show more than 2 values at the same time on the HUD and 2) show different values on the HUD and DIC at the same time?
