You will get between 12-16psi depending on cam and exhaust setup. The more free flowing your setup is, the less the boost number will be. Probably somewhere in the mid 700's for RWHP if you have a cam.
You will need meth and to have it tuned for the higher boost. ECS kit with meth, headers, and fuel upgrade I'm seeing around 14 PSI and 735hp with the plate out. Still stock internals.
If I was to make any changes to my internals, would changing the pistons be the only thing I should consider? I've heard people say that getting new head studs and a LS9 gasket are also a cheap insurance.
I'm doing that to my car now since I snapped the stock timing chain. Forged rods and pistons with the stock crank. New cam, link bar lifters, and Katech C5R timing chain.
