Steve, you're not good at following the rules and the site's moderators aren't good at letting people slide because they don't like following rules.

If you have an unresolved dispute with a supporting vendor or anyone else for that matter, you're encouraged to post a actual account in the Transactions Feedback section as per site rules. I'll post a link even through moderators have sent you warnings with a link to the rules on several occasions.

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/foru...-disputes.html

The Transactions Feedback section was set up at the request of site users, who said it was too hard for them to find complaints about products or vendors when they were scattered all over the site.

So, we consolidated them in one section, where they easily can be found by those doing due-diligence before making a purchase.

Moderators monitor the TF section pretty closely and often step in to intervene on the behalf of a site user when they see there is a problem. It's also easier for us to keep track of patterns involving customers and vendors in that section so we know whether patterns have emerged which warrant removing someone from the site.

It doesn't help anybody if you keep going off on rants in conflict with the rules. It doesn't matter whether you identify the vendor by name or by inference.

If you refuse to follow the rules and then start bashing the moderators and making false accusations against them for trying to steer you toward the rules, you aren't going to get your message to people who might be able to use it somewhere down the line.

You could benefit from reviewing this rule, too:

Here's the bottom line: Post a factual account of your unresolved dispute in the TF section as per the rules.

Don't continue to post the same rant in other sections.

Stop calling out the site's volunteer moderators in open threads because you won't follow the rules they are charged with enforcing.

It's that simple.

Jim

OP: You thread has effectively been hijacked. If you have an unresolved dispute with a vendor, please post a factual account with all the pertinent details, including the name of the vendor, as per site rules in the TF section.
