All the parts are in for my motor build. So now I have to decide if I'm going to add a shot of nitrous on top of the Ti trim blower on my stock cube forged LS3. I'm leaning toward yes. My question is how much more blow by will the motor have gapping the rings a few thousandths bigger? Currently I just have each valve cover vented with a small filter on each cover and a Elite Engineering catch can.
He's using a nozzle since a plate won't fit. Was 100 before the build but depending on what his makes after installing the 8 rib kit that's when they'll decide on how much to spray. I say 150 but I'm a nitrous veteran.
Only way I would do it on this car is if I go direct port other than that I'm not really interested
Should be able to make 800-850rwhp easy enough with the blower. Going to start investing in rear end? Spindles? Etc? If you are, then add the n2o. If you don't plan on doing any of that then I would just go blower only because you will be traction limited anyways.
I want to start doing the 1/2 mile and 1 mile events. Was thinking of doing a 16" rear wheel with a 295/50-16 Hoosier drag radial. Those should fit over my base rear brakes and give me plenty of traction. Then I just need to upgrade the diff.
