LS2 Cold Start Injector
Where is the Cold Start Injector located on an LS2?

3 = Ignition coils.
4 = Firing order placard ( 1-8-7-2-6-5-4-3 )

you can't find one because there isn't one. gm has not used a cold start injector since 1985.............................

OK, so what does the LS2 use for extra enrichment on start-up?

This is what I am trying to accomplish. When I start the engine after it has set for a long time, I get a loud roar when it starts up, which I assume is from more fuel for cold start. I want to be able to replicate that condition, even when the engine is warm, for car shows. Is there a way to do this?

There may be other reasons, but the main reason why the engine idles high like that on a cold start is to help warm the cats and 02 sensors up quicker.
There are parameters in the tune for start-up idle speed and airflow that you could probably tweak if you want that bark on warm starts.

The "idle startup airflow vs. ERT vs. ECT" table looks like what you'd want to change (my best guess anyways)
The scale on the left goes from -40*F to 306*F
Scale across the top goes goes from 0 RPM to 8K RPM. Easy enough to change in HP Tuners.
