Default Quick ECS Z06 install question>

I'm almost done with my install of the ECS set up on my 06 Z06.I had the heads off and did some other work before I got started so I just waited for the updated install instructions. I see that the base models don't have oil coolers or power steering coolers. I relocated the oil cooler. Not really liking how far over to the driver side the lines are, I hope they clear the tire. I will check and move it If I need to.

My question is. Do I also have to relocate the power steering cooler. The charge pipe seems really smashed between the cooler and the sway bar. I bent it back pretty far but it is still tighter then I would like. I could not get the pipe in from the top, it is that tight.

I didn't see any where that it says to relocate the unit. Any advise would be great.

Not sure what ECS instructions recommend but I wouldn't leave it like that. When installing my A&A kit I just eliminated the PS cooler.

I wouldn't mind doing that. Is there a kit or did you make something up?

I removed mine too, just take it out and put in a piece of power steering hose to connect the hard lines

did they at least include the piece of hose you need since it is mentioned in the instructions?... there was no mention of it in the instructions when I bought my kit and I originally left the cooler installed as it wasn't pinched much at all but after adding an aftermarket front sway bar it looked like the one in your pics so it had to come out

One end was male and one end was female, so if removed correctly you just plug them together.

I didn't care for the way the Line from the overflow teed and went do under the blower to the water pump. It was all jammed up and pulled so I cut it out and added a tee by the strut tower. Way more room to work on things and cleaner. $10.00
