Cabin fever up here in Ohio is in full effect... It's snowing, the roads are covered in salt and the car is in hibernation..
However, we're halfway through February so Spring is right around the corner which means the track days, shows, and larger events are quickly approaching. I understand that those of you in the southern states may not feel our pain..
What events do you guys plan on attending this year? Am I missing any good events in the Midwest?

Unfortunately I won't be able to attend TX2K this year.. I hope those of you that are able post plenty of updates and videos. http://tx2k.com/

The first I will be attending is the WannaGOFast Half Mile in Hot Springs, VA. I attending the Chicago (Monee, IL) event last year and it was incredible.. http://wannagofast.com/hotsprings.php

The Street Car Takeover events that started up last year are a great time and have a lot to offer.. This year, I'll be attending the St. Louis, Indianapolis, and Nashville events. http://www.streetcar-takeover.com/schedule/

I still recovering from October and January knee surgery on the same knee so not sure I'll make any events until way later this year. I'm a regular at TX2K and its sucks having to miss it. I may ride with a friend but I so used to being apart of the action. I also would like to hit up a couple of the Street Car Takeover events this year.

I don't really travel, no truck, and driving the car 500+ miles to race doesn't sound like fun.

Did the November 1/2 mile here. Got another one March 7th. There is one April too but skipping that one because it looks like a mess. Street car takeover in April. Maybe hit a shift sector to watch/hang out in Socal, maybe drive the car, but wouldn't race it there unless I get a tow.

Quick 30 Shootout, Texas Invitational, Tx2k, LMP Nostalgia drags are all in the next 2-3 months here. Not to mention all of the other scheduled drag race events for the summer and Texas Mile.

Lots of opportunities to break sh*t, that's for sure.
