i have a 2008 ls3 man6 corvette im running a v2 vortech with iw crank pulley stock diameter i have a custom grind cam with long tube stainless wrks headers and full exhaust and xpipe with alky meth kit ..i was running a 3.8 pulley and i dyno 5.7 pounds at 605 rwhp so i figure something not right i should get more so then i went and got a 3.6 pulley put on dyno and it lost boost down to 5.5 lbs so im teying to figure out what the hell so now im stuck what it could be?? Having no luck i should be atleast 8 to 9lbs boost for sure Prb around 650 to 700rwhp on 9lbs or so? But cant get past 6lbs

Sounds like you got a leak or your belt is slipping.
Yes im on a 6 rib on iw crank pulley and on 3.6 pulley ...
There's gotta be some type of belt slippage or somethin.i was running 14psi on a 3.25" pulley.how new is your blower?another thing..i would check in the inlet for cracks in silicone, and make sure all clamps are tight.
Its 2009 vortech with about 15k on it im thinking boost leak maybe crack in intercooler i called a&a superchargers they said the blower really dont cause boost lose so im thinking leak or silcone liake or clamps not tigh
If boost went down with a smaller pulley, I'd look at tightening the belt.
It has to be much tighter than a stock belt.
Next thing would be a hose leak.
One way to really check all the hoses is to pressurize the intake manifold through the power brake hose. Cap off the intake to the blower. It will pressurize the all the charge pipes. Probably will only work with a stock cam with no overlap. Either the intake or exhaust will be closed on all cylinders.
Also make sure there is vacuum and pressure to the BOV. Boost pressure holds it closed. If the line is leaking, it may be popping open from pressure below the piston.

Yeah tomm we gonna do sum boost leak test to check out all the piping and the clamps and and he said bov was good i also wanted to make sure the air filter on supercharger was not clogged or backed up and he said he tighten the belt but it keep squealing alot louder the tighter it got ..so hopfully i fig it out cause my car should be giving me sum way beyter numbers then a 610 rwhp with the setup im running

They did a boost leak test said alot of air is coming from the front tire..so trying to fig what that can be
Check the BOV valve and clamps for leaks, its behind the inside front right fender next to the break cooling duct. Also check the hose that runs from the BOV to a T fitting on the power brake vacuum line, make sure there is no leak on that hose.
Also, there is a large silicone hose that exits the supercharger into the intercooler, check the hose clamps and hose for leaks.

There saying it might be the actual supercharger thats not producing the boost
I highly doubt that, but anything is possible. There has to be a leak somewhere other than the sc. If anything, since the pulley was changed to a smaller one and the boost went down, that is a clear indication of belt slip.
There gonna open the supercharger and check all the seal or o rings to see how they look and they said the belt wasnt slipping cause the tighten the belt tight that it was squealing louder and louder the tighter it got ..so im just dont want to swnd i supercharger if thats not the issue ..?

Is the sc doing the squealing? A bearing could be going out then and that can cause other issues if not fixed on time.
I would go with the company that made the kit. Unless is the oem tensioner and could find the part number and order it through multiple places. It sounds like you have an A&A kit?
Are you sure it's the SC squealing? My power steering pump went out and it was what was causing the squealing. These kits are generally not easy on the bearings in the other accessories.. so make sure it's not one of them squealing if you haven't already
