are any of the crate big block chevs suitable for boost on e85? a crate 632 or 572 with a pair of huffers would look great in an 70 chevelle or 68 camaro. not chasing 1M hp. 1k at the tires be more than enough. contemplating that or pulling the rhs 427 out of my c6z

A mildly built FI bbc 540 will break 1000hp. A 4" stroke x 4.5"bore, 522 would be a good choice. My NA bbc 477 is a 3.76" x 4.5" bore, and made 810hp in NA pump gas trim.
Take a look at the Shaffiroff BBC 598 SR20 motor. Pump gas, 1000hp, NA for $17k. It is also a short deck motor for easy installation.
