Dashtronix Gauge Projector Instructions

Does anyone have a copy of the instructions? I can't find them anywhere and I need to program it. I remember it had something to do with the lock/unlock buttons.

It's not on their site, only the radar projector. I sent them an email yesterday, but nothing yet.
