Up the pill! I've seen that these engine can take a 200 shot no problem. You may have to use better octane if not so doing it yet. If you want more power while off the bottle heads would be my choice.

Like Pitufina said, pill it up and let it eat.
If don't have it already, add the NX S.A.F.E. stand alone fuel cell to make sure you have stable fueling and use the NGK BR series plugs for when you're spraying it. 200 extra HP should be easily obtainable and safe on your LS2 as is with a proper fuel supply.
At higher than a 200hp kit, you're best off if you know how to read spark plugs, because if you know what to look for, they tell you what's going on in the combustion chamber better than any instrument. Don't fall for the old "fatten it up and make it safe" jetting routine. Most of the nitrous gurus now agree that an overly rich nitrous mixture kills more nitrous engines than anything, due to unburnt fuel mixture ignition in the ring grooves sticking the rings and lifting ring lands. Ask me how I know.
As far as heads go, there are many good options out there for the LS2. I like the AFR cathedral port heads best and my next choice would be TFS. Either one should be in the >225cc intake port size. Good luck and keep us posted.
