ZO6 + Whipple
a Friend has a ZO6 with the 2.9 Whipple, and is having constant belt issues, with belt slippage and sometimes the pulley idler

10-12 Rib belt conversion for starters. Laser align all pulleys using the crank pulley as the reference point. Try some different belts. The Gates Green Kevlar belts seem to be the strongest but Bando seems to make the most sticky. I have NEVER had good luck with top mount blowers. Always seem to have one problem or another when you start to lean on them.
Add Gatorback belts to the premium belts mentioned in the posts above. I couldn't find a Gates green or blue belt to fit my rig. Maybe more sizes available now. Gatorbacks seem to be available in more sizes.
