Meth pump leaking

Melting Slicks
I'm on my 3rd meth pump... I'm sure your running an Alky kit also, it happens... They don't last forever running straight 100% meth... Seems like mine only last around a year until that happens... Call up Julio and buy a new pump... Swap em and your as good as new...

do you have to remove the fender to change pump? If so do you have to remove front nose to get fender off? and yes alky control. I just talked to julio and ordered one.

Im not sure if you run 100percent meth, but he told me during the winter months to run washer fluid through it to help with the seals.

I run a mix and on the same pump for 4 years with no issue. I guess it's the pure meth that is so hard on it.
You do not have to remove the fender. Just a few pins and bolts and you can pull the rear out enough. I installed the whole kit this way.

Drifting
I do this as well. Last fill up of the ww tank in Fall I go 50/50 with water. Probably put a couple hundred miles on before I stop driving it as frequently as during the summer. With the cold tires and roads I don't really get into boost as much anyway. When I do I still don't get any Kr with the mix. I'm only on my second pump in 8 years.

Post a picture.
I left the washer line connected on mine. Not ideal to use pure methanol as wiper fluid but it works if you have to have it (dries really fast though). Won't take paint off.
A lot of people cap the pump off though.

Are you saying an electrical connector is unplugged or a hose is unhooked?
If electrical, they did that to disable the windshield wiper pump. That's not unusual...
