Default McLeod issues (5-10k miles)

So I've had a McLeod RST on my Vette for a little while now... maybe 10k miles if that and it started off perfect. Lighter than stock and perfect engagement. Recently after I hydrolocked the motor I noticed it almost felt easier to stall the car out going up the driveway . Soon after I felt a noticeable chatter at the end of the clutch engagement. Finally I took the car out again yesterday and it feels almost like it isn't engaging at all until the very last inch or so. The car will move forward but any gas while slipping the clutch does nothing and it only really engages at the very end.

No slipping at all when engaged and I don't feel anything else weird when it's engaged. Wondering if maybe something cracked and is leaking on the clutch plates themselves or if water may of screwed something up. I haven't noticed any fluid loss and just cycled out the old fluid. My speed bleeder does seem to be stuck though. I'm going to try some PB blaster and see if I can bleed anything else out of the system and go from there.

Any ideas on what it could be. I'm probably swapping it with an RXT once I start spraying on top of the boost.

Well I cycled out what I could from the reservoir and pumped the old crap out of the system. Haven't had a chance to drive the car but we will see what happens. I still can't get the remote bleeder to crack open. Soaked it for about 15 minutes in WD40 and no joy. May try PB blaster next. Don't want to attempt any type of heat.

Working on this, new grilles for the daily to get more intercooler air and the nitrous setup. Hopefully I'll get some time during the holidays to make some progress.

Was the clutch stack properly measured during installation?

Did you do a new slave when you replaced with the RXT?
