AC Tensioner question

Ok so some have seen my car run against BHT. My car is a twin turbo z06 with 6766's. When my car hits traction control or the two step it throws the AC belt. I am thinking I could change out the pulley with one that has a lip? anyone know of a vendor that makes one? should I try a larger pulley? I have put on two new belts and a new tensioner assembly and it continues to do it. Kinda lost but i believe the tensioner is getting loose when the AEM is working its magic on traction control. or at least its the only time I notice that it comes off. so I am just checking to see if anyone knows if there is an after market tensioner that has a stronger spring? or maybe a tensioner with a shoulder to try and keep the belt from coming off. thanks in advance!!

You might want to try a belt without the tensioner like the later model Escalades/CTS-V's. Or maybe it needs an upper pulley like the C5's.

Maybe try a shorter belt? I went one size down on my a.c. belt. Never had issues.

I changed the tensioner for one that is supposed to be stronger. It still doesn't feel very strong but a bit better than the old one.
