All forged LS7 from Texas Speed with some head work, studs and F1A running 10lbs of boost currently. Stock fuel pump in tank with secondary pump for boost. I'll need to look at the box again but I think the secondary pump is a GM pump but I'll look tonight. Not sure what injectors are in it now. Anything else you need to know? Thanks.

My secondary boost pump is a BOSCH-61944. I've read some say it's not e85 compatible but it sounds like a bunch of people are running them without issue. Thoughts on using it? Is the stock in-tank pump e85 compatible?

Mine started to get weak after about 2 months of use. I switched to a dw350il, which is e85 compatible. My thoughts on why the Bosch got weak was the fact that the secondary pump only et turned on in boost. So fuel will sit in there but not cycle, which causes the issues. Idk how true that is, but in my head it makes sense.

What about the stock in-tank pump? Will it handle e85?
I constantly run both of my walbro 450's. They're always on. In over a year I haven't experienced any fuel heating or fuel delivery issues. I also made my fuel system a return system so I'm sure constant circulation helps.

I originally ran my external pump all the time until I drove about 40 miles and it started making a high pitch noise. It went away when the car cooled down, the pump was so hot you couldn't hold it. Im sure you're are submerged, it will still warm up the fuel. Will it cause any issues? Who knows, some people claim "vapor lock"

Yes they're submerged. Going on over a year with no issues. No noise, starting issues or anything.
got any pics when of your dual walbro in tank setup? I'm still NA but have a single Walbro 485 in tank with ID 850's and looking to go FI pretty quick so i'm trying to understand all the goodies that I'll need.
