700-750rwhp safe on stock LS3?
I made 640whp on 93 tune at 6psi. Installing flex fuel setup right now. Thinking about changing pulley from 3.8 to 3.6 also.

There's always some risk doubling the original HP... but many LS3's on E85 have handled that much power for a long time. I'm sure some have gone boom as well.
Tune will be key.

With proper fuel and tuning yeah. I'm still on stock bottom end after modding this car over 4 years ago. I don't baby it either. Before I went to e85 and my most recent numbers I ran it at 630,676,702,741,780, and the present.

Some have lasted and others have gone. A lot will depend on the tune and fuel system.

I have been running my LS3 for over a year now at 750 RWHP and it is still running strong. Alot of it is because of the FSP tune and lots of available fuel. I run it on 93 Octane and Meth Injection. Also running a Fore Innovations Triple fuel system.

740rwhp. On E85 and 9.8psi of boost.
My fuel pump is also stock with a boost a pump and bigger injectors.
The tuner told me that until I upgrade my fuel system I have to run an E85 and 91 mix.
He told me not to let my alcohol content exceed 60%. That is the point to where the stock fuel pump is giving up.

I definitely plan on doing something. We have been discussing the secondary pump idea because he was explaining to me that the intank idea will eat me up in labor cost...LoL
He knows how tapped out my money is right now..LoL
It will be so much better when I can just fill up the tank with E85 and forget it!!
