Default Bad race masters?

Bought brand new m&h race masters for my car (325/45r17) and they're a little over a month old maybe 40 days on the car exactly and they're completely f***ed. I have one burnout on these tires and it was no John force burnout simply enough to heat/clean the tire up before a pull. They maybe have 1500 miles on the set and that's guessing high. What are you guys getting out of these my mickeys lasted way longer.... Wish they made the same size.

That's odd. Just changed mine after about 5000 miles and they still weren't really finished.

Are both like that ?

Yes I'm lucky I noticed it because I never would've thought they'd look like that this old.

Was also thinking alignment and / or pressure. One of mine wore on the inside (not as bad) and I realized that dropping the rear cradle put the alignment way off.

Thats abnormally FKD for those tires... I'd contact M&H but.... Don't expect much from them.

You should get atleast 3-4k miles and 30-40 passes....and still have some tire left....

Alignment could be a little off but I don't think it would cause that.... I leave them around 20.

Check your alignment. You can see you have some negative camber, but that won't really wear out the tires that fast. If the toe is off it can quickly accelerate tire life.

Definitely an alignment issue...

Bad alignment plus soft compound is a no bueno.

You can see a bunch of negative camber and I'm guessing you have a toe out condition.

like others have said, I've seen similar wear patterns on other cars I've owned and that looks like rear alignment issue. getting a good straight line focused alignment will help traction a small amount too so it's good to have done anyway.
