2" headers won't gain much if any over 1 7/8" which are far cheaper and easier. Ported intake/Tb won't gain you much. I've only installed Procharger and ECS kits so I'm not in a position to judge between ECS/A&A.
either kit will get you close to what you want. 650 rwhp will be tough without meth using 91 octane. 575-600 rwhp would be more realistic.
ported intake and throttle body will be a waste of money. If your goal is 750 use that money towards your fuel system.
I have no experience with A&A but I'm about to drive my 06 which has an ECS kit making 750 on a LS2. Just took ungraded fuel, headers, and alky. I installed it almost 8 years ago and upgraded to how it is now about 6 years ago. Only problem with the kit during this time was bearing failure in a pulley.
since you're not doing an out of the box kit for either ie pulley size, restrictor or not, etc. Both kits will do what you want, just if you go A&A get the t-trim. Are you doing the install yourself or having a shop do it? IF going through a shop go through them for the kit that way if anything ever happens they should work with you since it isn't customer supplied.
Quality is near identical on kits. It all depends on your dealer, and if you are going to install yourself. If self install, find a good deal. Call Doug, call A&A dealers like CPR/FSP. If you are going to have a shop do it, go with what they like and install often.
Few months ago I went through the same process and chose the A&A kit for the following reasons:
1. A&A have the new tensioner design that makes changing belt so much easier.
2. A&A have the intercooler design to install death center in the front mouth opening and have shrouds on both sides of the intercooler to direct air to the radiator.
Those are just my references.

ECS has always had super easy belt changes.
I actually like the ECS intercooler better. Fresh air to filter, IMO nicer bar/plate core, and doesn't block the whole front end.
I'll be installing the kit myself along with everything else.
I daily the car 50% of the time the other 50% I'm on my motorcycle.
In Arizona heat.
The A&A shrouding that much better or they just added a few extra alum pieces?

IMO the reason a lot of people are all about one or the other is because they're both nice kits. Neither is perfect, but I wouldn't hesitate to run either.

Alky?what size pulley/psi are you running?
If your in Arizona, ditch all the other extra stuff and put it towards cooling, otherwise you won't be driving the car 3-4 months a year. Ported TB/manifold/etc are all a complete waste of money for a blower car. Buy a radiator/fan setup at least.

this.
and make sure your tuner is spot on even if it means having to travel.

OP, if you are in AZ and will be in need of tuning anyway, speak with Joe@CPR and get the supercharger kit threw him directly. It's the easiest way IMO, one stop shopping so to speak.
Feel free to contact us if you wish to discuss the differences in the kits, these threads always turn into a bash/love/hate fest so I would rather not get into it in length here.
