I recently noticed a noise coming from the supercharger that concerns me. The link below will take you to a Google Drive folder in which there are a few audio files in differing formats. All the files are the same recording in different formats. You can download the file, or use an app on your computer to listen to it. If the link doesn't let you access the folder, I'll use a video, post to youtube.

The noise changes as I moved the iPhone around the intake pipe where it meets the supercharger head, Novi 1500.

What's that whistling noise? Just kidding, what's that rattle-like noise? I can feel it putting my hand on the intake pipe.

What are the chances it is internal to the head unit? Cause that's where it sounds like it is coming from....

Mine sounds like that too, especially when I record it.

Has it changed?

Can you hear it with hood closed?

It sounds like the head unit to me. My Paxton 2200 was making a similar sound. I had the head unit bearings replaced after I checked all of my pulleys etc.🏁
