Just like the title says, I have a LS7 motor. heads, cam, intake pretty much FBO. 11.5:1 compression. Made 620hp and 550tq to the wheels. I'm really thinking about throwing a procharger on one day. What will I have to change to run it? I know a different cam for sure and maybe heads?

If you insist on a blower, skip the PC and check out A&A or ECS kits. Far superior kits imo. I would change cam, drop the compression, add flex fuel/e85, upgrade clutch, cooling, add meth. Should be doable for $12-14k in parts to get you another 130rwhp.

The car was initially built for nitrous. I can spray 200 shot all day. on a 150 shot plate kit I made 753hp and 705tq to the wheels. But living in Hawaii, $10 per lb for nitrous gets expensive real quick. My goal is to stick with pump 92 oct as that's all we have here as well.

$10 per pound is a drop in the bucket compared to the cost of supercharging. You'll sink $10,000 before you know it on any supercharger. Are you still stock bottom end?
In that case, if you want to make more power, it is all up to the budget you want to spend. Figure $10-12k in parts for a nice basic SC setup (fuel system, meth, blower, etc) and you can make a solid ammount. With only pump 92 you are going to be limited by octane need need meth.
Buy your own mother bottle, scale, fill station, and still have $8k left over to spend on n2o for the next 30 years. Buy it at wholesale cost then.
this. back in the day when I used to spray my cars all the time I learned you really have to do this or you'll just blow a ton of money on nitrous and the shops never really filled them properly in my area anyway. if I were you I'd just build/buy my own nitrous fill station and buy it wholesale and spray a big shot on the car.

well considering its a ls7 stroker..... I say I got an LS7 haha. But I know what you mean. yeah I got a whole fore fuel system with ID850's. Nitrous that's enough Injector but I doubt on boost

if I may ask, how much did the whole fill station run you?

Many reasons. IAT cooling, knock resistance, octane, safety.
If the setup is straight e85, why complicate the entire system with extra variables and failure points as apposed to keeping things simple? I don't see how adding meth to e85 is buying safety.

Because it works. If you don't like it don't do it. Every single 1100+hp e85 car I know runs meth too. Zero issues.
