How do you guys who have nitrous secure the 10LB bottle in the back ? If I place the Targa roof on its post, there isn't but about 8" to play with especially if you position it front to back. If you turn it side ways does that work ? I want to put a Nitrous Express wet kit on it as soon as I figure out the bottle situation. I could go with a 5Lb bottle, but you all know I'd be getting it filled after about 3 good hits. Any help or better yet a few pics would be nice. I forgot it's a 2006 Vette.
I believe you could mount it all the way forward and sideways and still be good with the targa top.
If for some reason you couldn't get it to work, we could switch it out for the 5lb.
Right in the middle. I can reach it from my driver seat. But I'm not too worried about the top. I never take it off and if I do I'll put it inside my house. But I don't drive around with a bottle in my car. Unless I'm going racing.
not sure how cops are in your area but if you're just cruising around not a bad idea to cut the bottom off a duffle bag and put it over the bottle so if you get pulled over it's not some complicated pita conversation.
