The problem with the stock fuel lines is the inner diameter of the lines. If you are at the level of needing 3 pumps, the stock lines will not be able to flow enough. This will be a restriction against your pumps. What a lot of people are doing is buying a Fore triple hanger hat, and running a -8 or -10 AN feed line to the fuel rails. Then you can run the other end of each rail to a regulator that then ties back into the old stock fuel supply lines, as a return.
i have 2 x 370 pumps and use -8an feed and -6an return... 2 totally separate wiring harnesses are used to give pumps alternator voltage... all parts from racetronix... these pumps are rated for something like 1100 horsepower boosted, and 1400 horsepower naturally aspirated...
mind blown that you think you need 3 x 485s... that is probably enough pumps to feed 2000 horsepower... definitely need even bigger then -10 an for those to flow properly...

I have triple 485s. Fore setup. Complete pain in the *** to do the triple 485s as they won't fit through the hole in the tank so have to be assembled in the tank. I would strongly suggest 2 320s and a single 485.
-10 feed, -6 return.

Ahh ok good to know. Are the 320 flex fuel?
Well as I lost all three of my AEM 320's during 2K17 I can tell you after talking to Justin at Fore. He told me they aren't even carrying the AEM pumps because of the number of failures. I had ran 16-16.5V on mine and apparently they don't like anything about 14.5V. So it shortened the life. I just installed the triple Walbro's and like Unreal said it was a PITA, and extra set of hands is needed for sure. If I didn't want to mess with the Triple 450's or anything else I'd do the Walbro's F10000302's that are E85 compatible or maybe dual 450's etc... Probably best to call them and see what they recommend for your setup and HP goal.
Sounds like they don't like voltage. I know plenty of people with a TON of miles on AEM 320s with no issues.
I wish I had a second set of hands for my triple install. I still have bad dreams about it.

Yeah I guess it was self inflicted, but didn't think it was an issue when I was doing it. But I guessed wrong lol! I was running a 14V battery and charging at 16-16.5V for about 3 months. Went back to a 12V set up the BCM just wasn't happy and a lot of the sensor reading were off slightly. Car started great LOL!
could i get away with 2 walbro 450s with out having to really change much? I am not looking to run new lines/return line right now.
Or is there one single pump I can use. Bc i think with enough fuel and my set up will be around 850-900. So id like enough pump to do that and a lil more just to be safe.

not to mention how much labor it is to go in the tank at a shop

Not worth it. Have to do all sorts of custom crap, unsafe unless you build a firewall, and have to adapt and mess with all sorts of crap to get the factory gauges/etc working. Stock isn't that bad, just do it. Order a fore setup or ECS and be done. There is no need to think about this these days. There are two great proven setups that just plain work.

i cant afford a foreset up talkign 3k. And as stated before the ECS is not going to help me bc my fuel gauge dont work. At point im forced to go into the tank. But Labor is so bad from shops to have it done.
