Default shop choice?

which shop would you go to if you had your choice? Late Model Racecraft(LMR), Advance Modern Performance(AMP), Cordes Performance Racing, Hennessy Performance, Vengeance Racing, or East Coast Supercharging(ECS)......the work to be done would probably be to add around 150-200HP to a C7 Z06

Should probably put this in the C7 section, but I would recommend CPR. Not sure where you're located since those shops are all over the map.

Ok, well ECS is right there and is a great shop, but I'm not sure how much they work on C7Zs. Race Proven Motorsports in DE is another great option not too far away.

Thank you for considering us sir. If I can provide you with a quote for what you're looking to do just let me know. Anyone on your list will obviously be able to knock out whatever your goals are.

I would not recommend Hennessy but all the others can get it done.

CPR is local to me and good. They know their c7 stuff.

AMP is great. LMR is great. ECS is great.

Out of that list, I would go with one of those.

If you are in NJ, don't know why you would consider anything other than ECS.

If you have been there recently, they are building a new shop. Much larger. I expect that they will be able to keep cars inside.

You can have my bay once they give me back my car.

Thanks for considering us for a second build, we greatly appreciate that.

The HP you are looking for is a reasonable goal that we can take care of in a few days. We have a few different packages that we can email you if you are interested, just PM me your email. Our C7Z start to finish install 2200R/X kit (with trans cooler) is being released very soon if you ever got the bug to make big power.

C7's, whether it be a supercharger on a base model, or power packages in the C7Z are not here for very long and stay indoors until the job is finished. We really strive to stick to our scheduling, so when we have a date we are working on the car that day for straight installs such as yours. You're welcome to our loaner car for the few days we have your car so you do not have to find a ride to drop yours off.

I street and dyno tune every vehicle, but I wait if it's raining etc, and we wash the cars before they leave.

As others have said, we have broke ground and are in the process of adding another 12,500' of workspace to our shop, which will help the flow, but for today our schedule is filling fast.

Again thanks for your interest in ECS.

You know, I've heard about the 700 whpr ZR1 loaner, the 650 whpr Grand Sport w/ Paxton 1500 loaner, the 500 hpr NA build loaner and the yellow Hyundai loaner. Seems eveyone always gets the Hyundai. What gives?

The others are always scheduled out first I guess.

Any of the shops you have mentioned all have great reputations and should be able to get the job done, so you can't really go wrong there. 150+rwhp addition to a Z06 happens near weekly for us here and I'd be happy to discuss our best recommendations with you to meet your goals. Feel free to e-mail me at david@vengeanceracing.net or call us here at the shop if I can assist on any of these items for you, and I'd be happy to earn your business!

all have great reps (beside Hennessey) and I'm sure any would be great.

only one I have experience with is AMP/Brian and I have to say that he went WAYYY above and beyond and left me extremely impressed. I would work with him again in a second, which is rare in this business.

ECS has done a great job for me and gone above and beyond in early Spring this year.
When you see 20 corvettes in the parking lot you know that the shop knows their way around your particular car. Also, if the shop specializes in GM LS based applications then that also helps.
Just remember the shops get very busy this time of year.
