Default Track performance

I recently did a Stock Car experience at the Pocono Speedway and was thinking about talking my Vette for two 15 min track session. I have a Basic ECS 1500 install with Meth injection on a 2008 Z51 LS3.

1) Will the car handle 4th gear for a solid 15 mins at close to 5-6k Rpm? I believe that will max me out at 155mph.
2) Will my Meth reservoir be enough for the 15 min (WWtank)
3) Do you think heat will become an issue with ambient air at 80deg?

Without knowing all of the details I think it is probably safe to say that this is a terrible idea. Heat will almost definitely become an issues.

1. Maybe, all depends on tune and setup. Could blow up, could run fine.
2. Maybe, depends on nozzle size, turn on, driving style, etc. No way to answer that.
3. Yes, very doubtful car will make it more than 2-3 laps, if that without severe heat issues.

Thanks
I would imagine a stock vete would be able to handle the 15 min track session?
I guess I'm kind of regretting putting a supercharger on the car since it seems to limit so much of what I would like to do. Poor planning on my part so it may be time to make a change.

The car was just never built for that sort of racing. I think it would be hard on things. If the engine oil temperatures stayed okay I think you would still have to watch your trans and rear end temps.

Ok so what is a save RPM range to run the car for 15 min.

Go and find out. Depends on way to many things. Keep an eye on temp gauge, and adjust as needed.

We have many customers who road race, the meth will handle 15 minute sessions and you can work on keeping temps down. Yes a bigger radiator and time spent on cooling would be beneficial, but the best way to keep temps down is to run one gear higher then you may normally of ran. You are making more power at 4k then you did at max power stock so it's not going to be a power problem and the car is easier to handle that way anyway.

Take it out and have some fun!

What Doug said.

Go out, have fun, but be aware of the limits and temps. Shift early as needed.

My point was don't expect to go out, and hammer it from 4500-7k for 15 minutes without additional upgrades.
