Fuel system problem and to the next level
Today i have 2005 c6 m6 with ttix kit and my fuel system is fore innovation hangar with 2 walbro 450 an8 feed and return with bosch motorsport 1300cc. (I have 4 bar grund pressue = 1400cc)
I have not taken it to a dyno but my boost is around 16 psi max and my injector duty cycle is 83%
I use e85.
In the winter my plan is to forge the engien and turn the boost up to maby 25 psi
My concern then is that i think im running out of fuel.
If i rise the pressure to like 5 bar i think i will run out of fuel pump /flow.
What is the sheapest way to solve this problem?
Can i set one more pump in tha feed line? or do i have to buy new injectors again

I did found something strange when i checked my fuelpressure. 
My fuel pressure is bouncing between 4.7 and 5.2 bar whene the engine is turn off and i have a jumper insted of the relay making the pump on all the time.

1 pump on all time and secon on hobo switch.

what can cause this bouncing? i can understand if i have unstable vacuum but i have the same problem when engine turned off.
