Default Help on a&a kit install

im currently folkwing the how to on a&a site and for the oil feed and return line I’m trying to find another solution. The feed line goes to a replaced galley plug port underneath driver side head and it says to drill and tap the oil pan for the return. I don’t want to do that will it be ok to use a oil plate adapter that goes above the oil filter?

No, you cannot use a plate adapter. That side is pressurized and will cause backup to your SC. You are going to have to go to the pan or go scavenger pump and pump it back to valve cover..

really not a big deal, with right tap. Make sure you measure clearances for fitting twice, tap once.

Or swap blowers for a self contained one so you don't have to mess with feed or return.

The engine oil units can handle more RPM. It would have been worth checking. I think A&A also takes headunits for trade in.

It’s not hard to drill and tap the pan. Not a reason to change blowers for sure.

Agreed it is easy, just throwing that option out if someone is really set on not drilling/tapping.

i drilled and tapped it. And I have a v2 t trim head unit I planned to go turbo in the future is why I really didn’t want to set on drilling and tapping but I could re use barb out of oil pan for future turbo set up
