What vendor is best to deal with on prochargers? As in price, tech, and customer service?

I started with a P1SC 6 rib and that thing ate belts left and right until I went with a A&A bracket and a 8 rib direct drive set up and had no issues. I still have the same 8 rib DD and A&A bracket with my F1X set up now. There are a lot of options out there for FI, what are your goals with the car? Built motor? stock? do not boost a stock LS7 lol

another vote for a&a's procharger bracket, it's leaps and bounds better than the one I originally had on the car... they can probably get you a procharger headunit as well and I have also heard good things about brutespeed... what kit do you have right now?... depending on what you have you might be able to get away with just a new bracket and blower

do you just want more power than the ysi can make?... what you have should be a solid setup but if you really want to change you can get an a&a procharger bracket and a headunit and keep everything else... maybe go with a 10 rib and secondary drive as well if you don't already have that

yes. I got 10 rib and secondary drive. What problems do people have with Procharger bracket? I always hear people have problems, but not what the problems are.

belt slip, the tensioner and the way it's designed is not the best... 10 rib on an a&a bracket with a secondary drive should be a very solid setup with both your ysi or a procharger

I have a friend that is running all procharger stuff, and he has no problems. It seems that he is able to get his belt tighter than I can. When I tighten my belt super tight, the belt actually hits itself and rubs, but it might be too long of a belt. I am using the size that Josh at A&A recommended, for my pulley sizes. I have also noticed that on max effort ysi set ups that many are using a 2.70 blower pulley, and I am running a 2.75. Does the 2.70 allow use of a shorter belt? I am running a 100529 green belt, with 10% OD Ati balancer.

530 8 rib is same length as my 10 rib 529, by rpm chart. What balancer? Yours a innovators west? Mine is a 10% od Ati.

I went with the Dallas Performance bracket. Go with that one or the A&A IMO.

It terms of pricing, I got a quote from Bob @ Brutespeed after I saw his name come up a few times. It was only like $50 less than the prices advertised everywhere. I ended up getting the best deal from calling Colorado Speed after seeing one of their threads on here. I would call them or shoot a PM to Fran @ RPM.

Call Fran. He builds the fastest procharged vettes. He knows what works.

A&A with their 10 rib and DD is the way to go.

I know CPR tried the procharger 12 rib race kit with DD and it was a **** show. Didn't work at all. Landed up swapping to A&A 10 rib and now perfect and 1450+rwhp.
