Default 800HP LS3 valve train

Iv done a lot of searching but haven't came up with anything that really helps my situation. Some of you may have seen my twin turbo build going on, basically twin 62mm turbos. I want to be right around the 800hp mark, my engine is completely stock right now but I know boosting an engine reduces the effective spring pressure on the valves. I would like to upgrade my valve train before getting it tuned, I will be running E85. My question is what do I exactly need to be a somewhat reliable 800hp engine? Just a basic spring kit? Full cam kit? Maybe nothing? This car gets daily driven and will also be doing many 1/2 mile and 1 mile events. Any help would be great

My suggestion would be:

BTR .660 springs
Smith Brothers bronze trunnion upgrade
BTR Chromoly pushrods
Cam
Ls7 lifters

I think I will get a full cam kit from BTR but to replace lifters I would need to remove the heads therefore I should probably stud it and new gaskets at that point?

Yes heads have to come off to access the lifters. Might as well stud them and do new head gaskets while you're at it

I had BTR springs, stock rockers with bronze bushings, hardened pushrods and stock LS7 lifters with no issues for years at 850rwhp shifting 6500-7000rpm

Just springs. No need to touch rockers or lifters. Hell even springs is a stretch. Ive done 800-815rwhp on bone stock valve covers never off factory oil change ls3 motors with 500-700 miles on them 4 times now and all those cars have a ton if miles now.

Craig at BTR gathered a cam kit together for me, so springs push rods etc are covered. My only real question now is lifters, I dont mind spending the extra money but is it necessary? I would prefer not to remove the heads as my hot side of the turbo kit is basically molded around the engine and really sucks to take off..

It's not necessary but if you have higher mileage it would be recommended to change them

Yup. I wouldn't bother unless you have a reason to, push rods don't care how much boost you're running, lifters don't care, rocker arms don't care.. valve springs, maybe a little since "boost" is going to be pushing the valves open, but even then I don't know if I would bother changing anything unless you have issues.

I wouldn't bother with lifters unless you're pulling the heads anyways or just being pre-emptive and changing the head gaskets/studs anyways. I finally changed mine at like 180K miles only because I had the heads off anyways (blew head gasket). It did quieten things down some but it wasn't bad to begin with.
