Getting a fuel system done for under $1000 can be done if you build it yourself. We have some nice options from Fore Innovations that will put down well over 1000rwhp. They have complete kits with all the fuel lines, rails and electronics for an easy install. We'll always have discounts for board members as well.

Did a Fore system on my car. Not under $1000 but works great.

I put a ton of time into researching the most cost effective fuel system to support big power on e85 in our cars. In the end my solution has supported a maxxed out novi 1500 but i have not found the limit of the fuel system.
I used the racetronix diy dual 340 kit that came with a wiring harness and fitting to tie the pumps together. Remember you need special filters for e85 and ptfe lines. Don't waste your money on a check valve. You will definitely need to run an external regulator but you can cap the factory regulator instead of purchasing the plug.
In the end i had about $1300 for the entire fuel system and injectors (bosch 210). I am only at 750RWHP and probably could have gotten away with the ECS add a pump but remember our factory pumps are not rated for e85.
