Going to buy a TTIX kit very soon.
I wanna change the standard A2A intercooler to A2W to get the maximum power and be in safe side because I’m living in very high temperature area +120F in summer.
Any suggestions to go with?
If you do a bit of googling you can see some interesting setups but not on a ttix! Nicest I have seen is twin Garrett 1000bhp cores mounted under the headlights. Really clean and totally removes the intercooler in front of the rad.
Also have a look at the LPE twin turbo system. They run a air to water that looks like it sits on top of the rad shroud. Nice and clean and again out the way of the rad.
The there is the G1Pro intake manifold intercoolers. Look amazing if you don't mind cutting the hood! But you can't run a MAF!
just do the methanol injection kit, and spend money on radiator, oil cooler, and new fans.
Dewitts Rad&dual fans on the way, going to remove the fog lights and put a twin oil cooler.
Meth? getting ice much easier and cheaper than M1 here lol.

LPE kit no much details on their website, I couldn’t find threads here about it and very expensive kit for a 620hp!!
(Twin Garrett 1000bhp) can you help me with a link?

That's for the full twin turbo kit. If you look on their site you can see the intercooler is mounted above the rad shroud where a cold air intake would normally sit. Guessing the are using 2 x Garrett 1000bhp or maybe 750bhp air to water cores. Very doable but would need some measuring.
They also offer an intercooled intake manifold but you would loose the MAF as it would probably melt if you have no intercooling before it.
Wonder if anyone will offer a remote kit for c7 Z06? The Hellraiser kit from Hellion for the 2003- 2004 cobras was awesome, twin turbo system going through stock supercharger. 0 lag.
TTix have a very efficient intercooler
with dual methanol nozziles the maximum IAT was 145 in half mile run in 100 ambient temp at 16 psi
So if you need better cooling just you can go with bigger air to air intercooler
Some thing like 5" thick

Are you worried about inlet temps while driving around in traffic (extended drives) or for short bursts (drag strip)? If you're talking about something that you are driving for long enough to let the temperatures stabilize, the Air/Air cooler will probably be better as long as you are moving and have airflow into the front of the car.
Water/Air setups work better at the drag strip where you can cool the water back to (or below with ice) ambient temp, but once they stabilize the advantage goes away.
