I need of flash file tune for the edelbrock E-Force
Hello everyone from the far west of Europe. I know I havent been the most active person in the forums but I do need your help.
I initially bought my vette with the goal of supercharging it and, and that goal has been fulfilled. My setup right now is:
Edelbrock E-Force with the Stage 1 pulley, LS9 cam and 1 7/8 headers and high flow cats. Thats it no more mods motor wise.
Edelbrock would sadly not email me the tune file for flashing because they say its only for stock vehicles without further modifications like headers or cams. Which is pretty sad because I need to get the car started to at least drive it to the tuner. Can anybody "maybe" help me out? My options are pretty limited right now and I wont start the car on the stock tune.

Have you checked the HPTuners file repository? I suspect you would find one there.

Unfortunately I do not posses an hp tuner. I am not that comfortable with tuning my own vehicle. How safe would an hp Tuners tune be with my setup?
I am having serious trouble finding a decent tuner here .
I forgot that also have the upgraded Z06 pump in the car.
So the setup consists of:
e-Force Supercharger kit with 3.875 " Pulley (but I also have the 3.275 just in case I need more power)
LS9 Cam
1 7/8 Headers with high flow cats
Z06 Fuel pump upgrade
Would the edelbrock cef file be enough just to driver around (not WOT) to get to the tuner?
Thank you

HPTuners is just an interface that gets you access to many, many tables, so that one can tune things properly if you have the know how. What you do to those tables is up to you.
They do not supply "tunes"; just the tool to make tune changes.
Pretty much anything with the basics even close to right is fine to use to drive it to the tuner on. Obviously, take it easy.

I know what hptuners is. What I don't know is if the repository that badav mentioned has a somehow safe tune so I can at least drive the car safely to the tuner.

All you really have to have to make it drivable is correct injector data, or at least something close. Or run original injectors / tune and swap at the tuner. I'm not sure how realistic changing them at the tuner is I have no idea how difficult they are to change on an e-force setup, but just an idea. Pretty common way of doing it on centri setups though.

Something close enough should be on the repository. I'll try to find one later, just got to work so can't right now

Didn't see any for 2008's. Should be able to make the data from one of those work
DO NOT JUST WRITE ONE OF THESE TO YOUR CAR. That isn't how it works with HPTuners. You need to transfer the changes over to your factory file, not just try to flash one of these.

I'd just take the current file, update MAF, VVE and fuel injector data from that first e-force file and go with it. As long as fuel trims aren't maxed out you're fine to drive it to the tuner.

thank you we are still trying to convince the edelbrock people to send us the file for the edelbrock flash handheld device. But if that fails I dont have a choice I have to get my hands on hptuners and at least flash one file.
much appreciated @schpenxel .
