Without upgraded pump, probably keep plate in. I'm going to say ~592ish, just to be a bit more optimistic than Joe.

I've had my ECS kit for 8+ years and it has been amazing.

Interested in OP's results as I would like to supercharge my 12 GS 6MT as well. I figure I can do the headers/exhaust myself then either try to tackle a AA/ECS install or have someone do it (reading the instructions on these kits I'm put off by pining the crank, upgrading fuel). Kinda torn between PD blower like the Heartbeat or Cent AA/ECS. I know I want a self contained unit though.
