The belt is off, that's what! But really though, I agree.
I have not re-checked alignment since installing the new i-bolt. But not a single pulley was touched (besides the tensioner pulley, which has no lateral adjustment, so I'm not sure how alignment could have been thrown off?
Some of those pulleys are shimmed in/out. Maybe something was left out or installed in the wrong position? Just throwing ideas out there. Maybe you can find some good pics of the same kit in good working order and compared. I know on the ecs kit there was definitely a lot of washers/shims that could be installed in the wrong position. Might be worth looking into.
For those that find this thread in the future, I simply did away with the procharger bracket and bought an A&A bracket from A&A Corvettes. Andy, Josh, and Dennis over at A&A Corvettes were extremely helpful in narrowing down some info and helping me get it all dialed in.
The 4.63” pulley DOES indeed fit on the A&A bracket and uses a k060930 belt. Although I think I might be able to fit one size smaller.
