How should I set up the PCV system on a boosted LS7 with a dry sump?

Correctly, there's lots of threads with good information on how to set them up. There's also multiple ways to set it up, if anything you can just talk to the might mouse dude and he can get you setup.

Yep, and at this point if you haven't heard of MM in any research you've done then you probably shouldn't try to build your own.
