I decided to eliminate my MAF sensor since I am now on an SD tune. I ordered a new IC to throttle body pipe from ECS and unfortunately I received the wrong one. I called and spoke with Chris and he said he would look into it. Shortly after speaking with him I received an email asking for a couple of pictures of my setup so he could be sure what I needed. I sent him the pictures and shortly after that received an email that they had sent me the wrong one but they were sending out the correct one with a UPS label for the incorrect one. That's what I call service! Every one makes mistakes but how quickly the issue was taken care of shows me that they care about their customers! I will definitely continue to do business with them.
