Default Trans leaking help

So at the worst possible moment my car developed a trans fluid leak 3 days before my track rental. Also being right before thanksgiving the shop i go to will be closing likely before they can even diagnose the problem.

But i have a question, and i know its a VERY vague one.

The leak is coming from the the right side of the car, about opposite of the oil filter and inline with the front wheels. Im thinking its a PS line perhaps?

Trans is a 6L80e.

***UPDATE. reason for the leak was the hard transmission line have been contacting a bracket or edge and had a hole rubbed in it. Easy fix

the high pressure line on a z car runs the width of the car. personally both my steering and trans lines weep fluid. i have a brand new pair of trans lines ready to go in.

I assume if it's a 6L80, then it's not a Z.

does the choice of transmission predicate the style of power steering and how the high pressure line is routed?

None of this matters because I guess he got it sorted out. I said transmission lne because the original post says "about opposite of the oil filter and inline with the front wheels."
The power steering lines done go anywhere near the right side of the car as far back as the oil filter. The trans cooler lines do pass there. This assumes he meant passenger side by right side.

on my car (2010) the high pressure steering line nearly runs the length of the rack.

No i meant opposite the oil filter as in the oil filter is on the driver side of the oil pan and the fluid was coming from the passenger side of the oil pan area.
