Currently running an a&a YSI kit making 880 to the wheel by third dyno pull making 770 to the wheel. Temperatures are killing me. I currently have an A&A 3” core intercooler. I talked to Josh and they offer the new updated 3.5” core intercooler which he says will work with my YSI. Anyone have input on their intercooler or should I spend an extra $300 on FCC 4” core? I’ve been looking into meth injection but I am trying to stay away from it. Seems more of a headache to install and tune rather than just putting in a sufficient intercooler.

I recommend going with a methanol injection setup. It will drastically drop your temps. Just make sure you tune for IAT and pull timing when the temps rise, which will also tell you when you've run out of meth. It does suck having to get methanol and fill it all of the time though.
A 6" intercooler would also do the trick. You it will fit but you will have to make some modifications to the front.
Windshield washer tank on Corvette are like 7.5L capacity and have low sensor, perfect setup.
As for dyno number, I think it's normal after 3 pass with no air flow on the intercooler to see some lost with horsepower from heatsoak. Real test would be on the street by loging your IAT and compare it to your IAT on the dyno.
