Thanks for the replies. I have an LS2 with the stock blower that Callaway uses I believe its a TVS 2300 but not curtain. the pully should be the one that came with the kit.

The LS2 got the 2000cc supercharger with 3 lobe rotors, not the 4 lobe TVS. I’m pretty sure, Stock was 7.5 lbs of boost.

What are your RWHP goals? There isn't a definitive "safe" level really, a lot depends on the tuner, octane, maintenance, etc. Once we start messing with these engines, we take a risk....

MP122? At mild boost, a really good blower. I had one on a 6L LQ4. Thousands of trouble free miles. When the HP junkies found out that they (no matter how smart they thought they were) couldn't make the MP122 achieve 800 hp, the masterminds deemed it a terrible blower. Really smart guys there.

They used the MP122, it was rebranded SC2000 at some point.
I would like stock zr1 level power so 638 hp would be great I have a Callaway 560 so I’m looking at 80 hp gain
Add a smaller pulley by 3 or 4 tenths of an inch. Add long tube headers and a good flowing cat back. You may need additional octane too. Flex fuel running E85 would make it much easier. Upgrading your camshaft would make it easier too.
SC560 should have MP112 vs MP122, if I recall. Early cars in 2006 got that unit installed, prior to the MP122/CS2000 unit which was for the 2008+ LS3 Cars

I haven't played with an MP112 in 15 or so years. Magnuson had a program where you could return your MP112 blower assembly to them and they would return it with an MP122 in place of the 112. I did just that in 2006 or 2007. I do remember that, at some point, spinning the MP112 faster doesn't do much other than make overly high IAT temps. You can certainly spin your blower faster than what Callaway has spinning it for a stock LS2. Maybe go down a couple of pulley sizes and add long tube headers. A blower cam would reduce boost levels and run cooler also. A higher volume coolant pump and a more efficient heat exchanger would help too.
I don't know what you have for injectors and a fuel system. If you have to upgrade the fuel pump and injectors, there won't be a better time to invest in a flex fuel system. With E85, hitting your power goals will be much easier.
