That pic shows an A&A kit not Procharger. Id ask for the tune specs and build sheet and/or a retune by someone reputable if they weren't. Look for belt dust. Ask when and who changed the oil in the blower.
A&A uses a Vortech head unit and their own brackets, intercooler, piping etc. A&A and ECS seem to be the preferred kits around here. Procharger makes great head units but not many people running their entire kit. Not as popular and I believe more expensive.
I bought my 2011 GS with an ECS supercharger making 708rwhp. The key for me would be getting it at the right price.. That car looks like a very basic package(no headers/meth) that you could get for about $8K installed and tuned. So if it was me, I wouldn't add more than $3K to the price of a stock car with that already installed.
Then I would take it to a shop to have it dyno tuned to make sure everything is right since you have no idea who tuned it originally.
When buying a used Force Fed car I would start with inspecting the obvious and ez things 1st.
1st is ask for any and all documentation relative to maint, modifications and repairs. Oh, and the carfax. Those docs are the only connection to past work you have. Anything the seller says should only be considered as an indication as to why he's selling it and no indication as to its condition. If its car salesperson then he's talking to distract you. Its a common ploy.
Upon inspection,
The car should be over night stone cold.
DO NOT let the seller warm it up before you see it.
Basic supercharger kits should have a tell tale seal on the blower pulley bolt or some way to tell if the pulley has ever been removed. This is how the blower manufacturer voids the warr. If the blower pulley has never been off the blower thats good news.
If the pulley has been off whats on it now? Why was it removed? Was it re tuned with every pulley change?
See if the car has enuff fuel system to support boost.
With engine cold remove radiator cap. Check coolant that is in the Radiator and not the overflow tank. Coolant contamination means trouble.
With engine cold check spark plugs. Assuming you kno what to look for, reading the plugs will tell you whats goin on in the combustion chamber consistsant with coolant contamination.
Compression or leak down test on every cylinder is a must.
What you are looking for is an indication of overpressure and or
over temp in combustion chamber.
There are countless ways to hurt a motor with boost.
A engine can be a little hurt and not blown or completly burned down...yet.
The biggest risk with buying a used ready made Boosted hot rod with an unknown, unverified past is the buyer's inexperience.
Good Luck sir.

Like others said, that is a A&A vortech kit. Would be like calling a corvette a mustang because they are both v8 2 door sports cars, so they are the same thing right?
Coke vs Pepsi, Dr Pepper vs Mr Pibb, etc, same but different. In this case, the A&A kit is one of the best kits made for a vette, and many prefer the c6 corvette kit to the procharger c6 corvette kit. Procharger makes awesome blowers, probably the best out there, but their kits, depending on car sometimes leave a lot of room for improvement, as a blower is just one piece in a kit.
Even A&A has had many revisions on their kits. That could be an early kit, or later kit. I would find that out too. Does it run the newer air bridge, the billet tensioner? Does it have the newest bracket?
