What’s needed to convert to e85 on my 08 base? Still want to be able to run regular 93 as well. Current mods are Longtube headers cat-less x-pipe, B&B axle back, A&A V3 si with 3.8 pulley, and 60lb injectors. It made 550 rwhp and 505 rwtq.

 

You are going to need to upgrade in the in tank pump to a walbro 450 or 525 and also upgrade your injectors.....

I suggest the Racetronix 525 pump w/wiring harness and ID 1050's.

 

Larger fuel system, larger injectors, flex fuel sensor kit, tune

 

AA corvette dual pump system or an in-tank dual pump from Fore
Bigger injectors (depends on desired power)
Flex fuel sensor
Re-tune

 

How much HP can the stock fuel pump support? Is it possible to run E85 with the stock pump?

 

No, that wouldn’t be a wize choice. Your injectors won’t be big enough either. I did an ECS stage 1 e85 fuel system, dsx flex fuel kit and id 1050X injectors.

 

Absolutely pointless

 

A fuel system is not the place to be cheap.
